Commercial Impact Resistant Hurricane Windows and Doors

I upgraded my exterior doors to impact. There were a few hiccups, but the owner really cares; he took full responsibility and made it all right. Thank you so much Javi!

Good very good

I requested several estimates from different companies. I decided to go with Signature impact windows and I am very happy. Due to Covid the delivery took longer than expected, but my windows and doors are beautiful. Neighbors stop by to ask and just to look at them. Jen, Javi and Rudy are very helpful. You need to have patience with the office staff, though. The installers were friendly, honest, clean and listened to my needs. The front door hardware came in chrome and my locks are black, however as soon as I mentioned to Jen she offered to contact the manufacturer to ask for a change. I am hopeful that they will change it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome window and door company

If you’re looking for Impact windows, Signature is the right place! I was scheduled to do my windows with Home Depot, permits pulled and all, however i couldn’t be happier that i made the change to signature. Jen from signature was very informative and what i like mostly, “Honest” where other companies were trying to oversell me, Jen’s honesty and her “put the clients interest first”was what sold me. She advised me that if i went with vinyl instead of aluminum (Vinyl more expensive) that there’s a big chance that condensation might build up inside the windows, and that the her vendors might give a hard time in warranting the product. None of this was advised to me by other companies. Her Honesty led me to buy a more cost efficient product and they were able to do my arch widows while other companies were telling me i needed a GC for the arch windows etc. Her installation team was Professional, and the most priceless of all, “ Honest Working people” They worked at my house for 4 days and we felt very safe, they were kind and it felt like they installed the windows as it were for themselves, most importantly we felt so comfortable around them that we did not even bother to put away our valuables like jewelry, cash 💵 etc. And the windows came in at the time Jen said they would. That says a lot about the company... Signature service! Every home we will ever own this company WILL always be the ones that i will work with, no one else!
